This protein-rich smoothie contains fresh blackberries and that is seen from the beautiful purple color! The smoothie is rich in nutrients and suitable for breakfast or snack. 

A delicious sweet smoothie that provides your body with energy, which is exactly how we describe this smoothie. An Energy bom! You can also drink the smoothie with blackberries as a light snack, in that case leave the oatmeal away. 
 
Did you know that the smoothie contains extra vitamin C and antioxidants by the blackberries? And that blackberries in proportion to other fruit species contain relatively much calcium? Blackberries are incredibly nutritious and therefore a valuable addition to this protein-rich smoothie.

Ingredients

• 1 hand fresh (or frozen) blackberries 
• 1/2 Banana 
• 30 grams of oatmeal 
• 1 tsp chia or flax seed 
• 1/2 to 1 scoop Fit Green Protein 
• 1/2 Cinnamon 
• 200 ml of water or unsweetened oat milk 

Preparation

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender into a smooth whole. 
TIP: Do you find the smoothie too thick? Add some extra water or vegetable milk. 

2. Drink the smoothie immediately or take it on the go.
